The Maltese Gaming Authority has become a prominent organisation in the online gaming world, as many companies find their headquarters on this Mediterranean Island.
The Swedish regulation authority, Spelinspektionen, have also been making a bullish name for themselves since the Nordic nation opened up their gambling market at the beginning of 2019.
This includes public threats to revoke licenses or issue heavy fines for operators that don’t follow the often-relatively-strict rules the Swedish market imposes.
Hopefully last week’s announcement of a Memorandum of Understanding for greater cooperation between these two of Europe’s biggest regulators, will lead to better outcomes for both players and casinos.

Adding to their purchase of Extreme Live Gaming last year, Pragmatic Play are now turning their attention to developing their own proprietary live casino service.
