Pragmatic Play Takes Two Titles at Lisbon SBC Awards in 2026

Pragmatic Play finished SBC Summit Lisbon with awards for both its live dealer offering and its slot development. The supplier won Live Casino Supplier of the Year and Casino/Slots Developer of the Year (Large) at the SBC Awards 2026, earning recognition across two parts of its game portfolio.

For players familiar with Pragmatic Play’s live blackjack, the live casino result concerns the wider supplier behind those tables. The company also produces digital casino games and continues to release new slots regularly. Its two wins brought both sides of that business into the awards spotlight during the ceremony held alongside the Lisbon summit.

Live Casino Award Goes to Pragmatic Play

Twelve suppliers made the shortlist for Live Casino Supplier of the Year. Pragmatic Play took the title from a field that included Evolution and Playtech, with Playtech having won the category at the previous SBC Awards.

Vivo Gaming and ICONIC21 also appeared on the shortlist. Other contenders included CreedRoomz and ElCasino, alongside ENJOY Gaming. Imagine Live and Stakelogic Live competed for the same award, as did BetGames and Winfinity.

The result adds an industry award to a live casino business that Pragmatic Play has developed since buying Extreme Live Gaming in 2018. That acquisition marked an important step in the supplier’s move into live dealer gaming. The company subsequently expanded its live portfolio while continuing its existing slot business and bingo offering.

Following the ceremony, Pragmatic Play opened its celebratory statement with: “What a way to cap off SBC Summit Lisbon!”

The company also thanked the event organisers and visitors to its stand, and congratulated the other winners. The awards closed a week that brought gaming businesses from across the world to Lisbon.

Regular Game Releases Support the Second Win

Pragmatic Play’s Casino/Slots Developer of the Year (Large) award recognised another established part of its business. The supplier currently releases up to eight online slot titles each month, maintaining a regular schedule of additions to its digital game collection.

That release schedule gives casino operators a continuing supply of content from the same developer. Pragmatic Play combines those slots with its expanding live casino range as part of its broader approach to supplying games.

The company offers operators access to its different products through a single API integration. This arrangement allows operators to add content across game categories through one supplier relationship and reduces the integration work involved in expanding their libraries.

Players encounter those products through the casinos that carry them. Behind that game selection, Pragmatic Play’s approach brings regular digital releases together with live dealer content. The Lisbon awards recognised its work in both areas, with separate titles for live casino supply and casino or slot development.

Other Winners Across the Lisbon Ceremony

The SBC Awards also recognised casino operators and businesses that support the wider gaming industry. Betsson Group won Casino Operator of the Year, while Kaizen Gaming received Sportsbook Operator of the Year. Kaizen also took Operator of the Year – Large.

Coolbet won the medium operator category, and Vegas Legends received the award for small operators. These results accompanied the supplier awards during the same ceremony.

BetConstruct AI collected Sportsbook Supplier of the Year and Land-Based Betting & Gaming Product. SOFTSWISS received Aggregator of the Year, while Digitain won Platform Provider of the Year. White Hat Gaming took White Label Supplier of the Year.

Sportradar earned awards for Live Betting Product and Marketing & Services Provider of the Year. Playbook Fusion won Virtual Sports Supplier, and Oddin.gg received Esports Supplier of the Year.

Elsewhere, Amusnet collected the Multi-Channel Supplier award. Incode won Fraud & Compliance Solution of the Year, while OKTO PAYMENTS received Payment Innovation of the Year. Pragmatic Play’s two titles placed it among the ceremony’s winners across multiple categories as the Lisbon event concluded.
